Timothy C. Martin, Esq.
Timothy C. Martin is licensed to practice law in Florida state courts and in federal court, Middle District of Florida. He is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and participates in the Animal Law, Real Property Probate & Trust Law, and Solo & Small Firm sections. Tim is a member of the American Bar Association and is active in the Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division section and the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Committee.
Tim is a member of the Board of Directors and secretary of Florida Association of LGBT Lawyers & Allies, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors and president of LGBT Bar Association of Tampa Bay, Inc. Tim is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He participated in the HCBA Leadership Institute (2013-2014), and is cochair of the HCBA Diversity Committee (2016-2017). He is also a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, serving as the chair of the SPBA diversity committee, as well as a member of the National LGBT Bar Association.
Tim earned a J.D. from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, with an Honors Certificate in Environmental Law, Jurisprudence, and Justice. He was active in a number of organizations and served as the president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, secretary of the Environmental Law Society, and student representative of the Environmental Responsibility Committee. Tim participated in the Earth Advocacy Clinic as a certified legal intern and as a Barry Public Interest Fellow. He earned his B.A. in Journalism/Public Relations from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida.

John Campbell, Esq., Of Counsel
Mr. Campbell is the general counsel for Vacation Ownership Funding Company, LLC in Orlando, Florida. His legal experience in real estate and timeshare is extensive, having served as a Vice President at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and General Counsel at Celebrity Resorts. Previously, Mr. Campbell served as Division Counsel at Harcourt Education, and staff attorney at SeaWorld and JAG as well as being in private practice. He earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the California Western School of Law.
